COMMUNITY SERVICE

 

SOS feeds and clothes those in need throughout the year.  Personal counseling sessions are also provided if needed.  Various outreach projects consists of visiting local shelters and serving lunch. Collecting food for distribution to outreach centers and other non-profits as the need arises.  Preparing and delivering food baskets to the less fortunate during the holiday season or as the need arises. We visit the sick, shut-in and elderly and serve them as needed. SOS also assists women in crisis and transition, due to divorce, or separation due to physical or emotional abuse.   Those relocating to our area can receive, if available, small household items, furniture, food, clothing etc.
